A look back as we prepare for November..
We began with our legendary ‘Celebrity Concert’, we had themed concerts which turned the spotlight on American, Polish and female composers, a rarely-heard piano duet arrangement of Holst’s Planets Suite, we had ‘Desert Island Piano’ with Sheila Hancock, Debbie Wiseman played her own music from ‘Wolf Hall’; we had more ‘Jazz in the Afternoon’, an evening of ‘Popular Classics’, solo recitals from emerging young talent and from two of this country’s most cherished pianists: Joanna MacGregor and Peter Donohoe and more!
Over five days in May, we brought beautiful music, people from near and far and unforgettable experiences from morning ‘til evening to lovely Ludlow.
